Being a regular means having a certain relationship with a provider defined by, not limited by, the regularity with which you book.
It's "going steady," not "friends & family discount."

A regular is someone who books regularly. For some that’s once a week, and for others that‘s once every 3 months on the dot. Regulars don’t receive “perks” like coupons…they stand the benefit of presence, intimacy, confidence, & ease. Seeing a provider over time really is its own relationship.
