as a kid I wasn't allowed to use the credit card so I'd walk down to CVS and buy one of these every time I wanted to buy something. by the time I had my own debit card I had enough of these left over to knit a small blanket from. rip steam cards
for some reason steam didn't start charging local tax until I'd been doing this for a while and that sucked because I stopped being able to buy $20 games with the cards
I think the multiplayer story generators I like are the low stakes one like sub rosa or intruder where these interesting social behaviors aren't married to a bunch of live service progression incentives
the gamer chuds won...
My best buy

Valve confirms it won't restock Steam Gift Cards
There's a level of AI usage in game development where, if you read between the lines, the developers are saying "we're only using it to placate the failson seagull so he'll get off our case and we can get back to work" but they can't say they're just jangling keys for a bloviating manager.
conceptually I really like the emergent multiplayer gameplay that extraction shooters can do but every time I play one my most common emotions are boredom or disappointment
intrigued by the thief remaster. the original missions were always a little rough on art detail so it looks really jarring to see them with high res textures, models look nice tho. chuffed to hear it will be compatible with FMs, can't tell if that extends to console ports?
