Seconding this, as AFAB, who's been called a man/trans, just because I grow a 'decent' amount of chin hair, and there are so many AFAB who go through this. And it's something completely outside of our control.

It also sets a dangerous precedent for those of us who are AFAB and have beards due to hormonal issues.
Hirsutism isn't spoken about nearly enough, especially for how common it is. I've had people point to my beard and say it's proof that I was born male because "only men can grow beards."

"Do you REALLY want him [picture of a bearded trans man] in the woman's bathroom?" isn't the "checkmate, transphobes" you think it is. Because it accepts the framing that they don't want us in there because they're uncomfortable and scared.
They don't want us there because they hate us. That's it.
