The judicial version of the Streisand effect: Embarrassed by Judge Boasberg's order quashing the Jerome Powell GJ subpoenas, US Atty Pirro asks him to vacate his opinion as moot. Boasberg says no & embarrasses her further. She "harass[ed]" Powell for nothing more than "displeasing" POTUS.

Judge Cooper DENIES Trump's motion to stay removal of his name from the Kennedy Center. "... [I]ssuance of a stay pending appeal would not be in the public interest, which is rarely served by the 'perpetuation' of 'unlawful' governmental action."

2 weeks ago, Judge Cooper gave Trump 14 days to remove his name from Kennedy Center. Last night, hours before expiration, Trump moved for a stay. Argues that Congress didn't forbid "secondary names," the way Dept of War is also "known by secondary names." storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
