One thing I always stress at my school visits is that there's a book out there for everyone. If you're not a reader, you just haven't found the book that's your portal into reading yet!
(You can always ask a librarian or bookseller for a recommendation!)
The first two Dirigible Balloon anthologies were an absolute treat to read. I can't wait to see what's in this newest book. Perpetually grateful for the work that Jonathan does for children's poetry.

Last week’s The Week, Jr. had a poll asking whether adults should read #KidLit.
One of my children was greatly offended that the question was even being asked, and was greatly relieved to see in this week’s issue that the majority of respondents said yes 😆
