When a singer finishes a concert, they may find themselves in a room with a lot of background noise, having to raise their voice to be heard. In our next webinar with @ukbapam.bsky.social Lucie Rayner and Besfort Williams will help singers look after their voices to prevent injury. Link in bio.

Key findings include: BAPAM delivered nearly 2,800 free specialist clinical consultations and gave support for 3,400 clinical episodes in 2025 Most patients presented with musculoskeletal (41%), mental health (27%) & voice concerns (20%) Since 2021 we have delivered 20,000+ psychotherapy sessions
Our data shows that without access to specialist sector-informed care, performers and professionals are at significant risk of long‑term health problems. This report underscores the importance of system‑wide approaches to health in the performing arts.
