Listened to an NPR story this morning about mass child starvation in Senegal without a single mention of Elon Musk, the guy who gleefully created the conditions for the mass starvation
Looking at the illustrations Alice and Martin Provensen did for the Iliad and the Odyssey in 1956 and taking pleasure in noting how diverse they made that world. Everyone bitching about the new movie’s casting is more racist than a children’s book publicist in *1956*
Because California allows people to postmark ballots on the day of the election! The other option is to require votes to *arrive* by Election Day, a rule that would end up disenfranchising voters. Why is everyone pretending this is a huge problem?
