#NowPlaying: Bob Dylan: Live 1966. One of the better albums from @1001albumsgen.bsky.social in March, I ordered it and now listening again and reading the excellent liner notes
#1001albums: Day 90: Joy Division: Unknown Pleasures: 1979. Renowned as a classic groundbreaking album, well, yeah, I guess. Haven't heard it for ages, having lost my copy, but enjoying a nostalgic revisit today. Might rebuy it.
#NowPlaying: XTC: Black Sea: 1980. Follow up to Drums And Wires, three great singles on this one, one of their finest in my view
#1001albums: Day 89: Beau Brummels: Triangle: 1967. I'm surprised I've never heard this band before. folky psychedelia out of 60s San Francisco. Ethereal storytelling in the lyrics, simple acoustic arrangements with a little supporting orchestration, quite a pleasant listen.
#NowPlaying: The Who: Live At The Royal Albert Hall: 2002. Last time I tried to play this set all the way through, some disaster befell us and I had to abandon it, I think my son's car broke down or something. Anyway, having another go...
#NowPlaying: King Crimson: The Elements 2017: Disc 2 of the set I started yesterday. I love these sets, they were such great value for money.
Good morning everyone, enjoy your Tuesday
#NowPlaying: Deep Purple: Burn: 1974. First one for the Mk III line-up, they didn't last long but they made a couple of excellent albums.
