#NowPlaying: Lou Reed: Lou Reed: 1972. Lou's first solo album features Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe, must be prog rock then, yes?
Afternoon Mac
you certainly 'ave. Mk II (first time round) is my favourite DP, In Rock especially
#1001albums: Day 90: Joy Division: Unknown Pleasures: 1979. Renowned as a classic groundbreaking album, well, yeah, I guess. Haven't heard it for ages, having lost my copy, but enjoying a nostalgic revisit today. Might rebuy it.

#NowPlaying: XTC: Black Sea: 1980. Follow up to Drums And Wires, three great singles on this one, one of their finest in my view
#NowPlaying: AC/DC: If You Want Blood You've Got It: 1978. First live album from the Aussie hard rock legends. A band who discovered a working formula early on and stuck to it diligently
#NowPlaying: Bob Dylan: Live 1966. One of the better albums from @1001albumsgen.bsky.social in March, I ordered it and now listening again and reading the excellent liner notes
