↑ 25,200 jobs vs. last month - all full-time
↑ 14,800 private sector jobs
↑ 7,200 youth jobs (2nd largest gain in 🇨🇦)
- Unemployment: 6.8% unchanged

From 2007-2016 the average number of new purpose built rental units across BC was ~2,500 per year.
In 2025 it was 26,000! 🎉
