The EU is actually worse in some respects because it tries to hold up itself as a body which respects international law and it does not even meet the bare minimum on the issue of Palestine, or for that matter Sudan. At least the US under both parties refers only to their fake "rules-based" order.
At this point, I genuinely believe the entire public is being actively gaslit by both the media, and Esther Ghey herself, into forgetting that Brianna Ghey was murdered, by people she knew from school, in real life, who were partly influenced by transphobia, fuelled by the media and politicians.
We are working to build a politics of solidarity, to win a city that everyone can afford, where everyone is welcome, and where we don’t compromise on anyone’s humanity.
