The hypothetical “deals” outlined here underscore what @jimowczarski.bsky.social has been saying for months: the Bucks become irrelevant as it relates to contending for a title for years if that’s all they get for Giannis. They may be with him, too, but he at least gives you a chance.

Fun with NWP on a Saturday… Yay for a global 3.75-km MPAS forecast with NOAA’s regional physics suite! LOL at the 1+ TB initialization file and 650+ GB six-hourly history files (+ 60+ GB six-hourly diagnostic files)! Now to see whether this gives out verification lead palpitations next week…

Wrapping up one of the strangest springs I can recall in Wisconsin... Milwaukee had its record driest May, besting a record that had stood for 141 years. That followed its record wettest April, which obliterated its previous record by over 2 inches.
