Seriously, a credit card is a firewall. My parents used all debit/checks and got check washed out of their WHOLE checking and savings account. It takes MONTHS for an FDIC investigation to go thru and money to be returned. If someone steals my Visa number? ZERO impact to my ability to pay bills.
