Should probably rename the company Aesop with all of this storytelling they’re doing.
Hallucination is “incorrect” because we don’t use it consistently across entities. When an LLM makes up some news we say it “hallucinated” but when a human does it we call it “fake news” or “misinformation”.
But at this point, it’s hallucination in the same way that literally means figuratively.
