This week’s launch of the #BrainHealth accelerator marks an important step forward for neuroscience. I’m excited to see this ambitious effort rally teams around a shared goal: building a deeper understanding of brain disease and accelerating progress toward better therapies.

Two pieces out today from our lab: 1) a method to map essential genomic intervals at gigabase scale, and 2) an argument that it's time to consider synthesizing a minimal human genome.
