I'm being cynical here.
My theory has been that one of the routes is to secure the origin of Undertale, while the other route is the "good" ending.
I've had that theory since the start and it gets more validated with each chapter. This maybe the one where that gets thrown in the trash.
Last time I was at the store with my parents, we were looking at novelty socks and my mom picked these up and said quietly, "Undertale?"
Deltarune hasn't disappointed yet, but it still has time. I don't want it to, but we'll find out this coming week won't we?
I don't think i could retain ANYTHING in this pilot. I know it says what the stakes are but I can't even comprehend as to why it matters going forward. They need to do a proper real episode 1, and not treat this pilot like an intro to the series.

Arin does about 50% of the voices and they all sound the same. I'm kinda glad I lost interest in him being Max's voice a while ago. He just doesn't have the range or the emotional dedication that I would need... also for someone who doesn't smoke, why is voice so ripped apart?
