A north Evanston apartment development has been cited for violating the city’s Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
The property was initially issued nine citations last October for not providing 10% of its units as affordable, according to the city’s property dockets. Nine more citations were then issued at the end of January.
Skokie Park District’s Board is set to consider placing a $53 million bond referendum on the November ballots to redevelop two sites near the Evanston border.
