It was lovely to welcome the Towne Family Association from America to look at records about their ancestors, including the Map of the manor of Hintlesham (HA167/3/1/1). Seeing it, a tearful Cindy Cole Merton said: "When we came in 2017, it needed so much repair. Seeing it today, it’s wonderful."
