it's fine for him to get a bit fatter, he doesn't have a weight problem normally and i'd rather he be a little heavy than a little thin, since he's so elderly and needs the fluids and nutrients etc
you would not expect a cat recovering from dental surgery to get fatter but here we are. he's acting totally normal and i think he's gained like at least 2 lbs?
