doodle's mobile website layout was inspired by recipe bloggers. they did a great job, it really captures the same strong emotional response (desire to throw phone). and isn't that what art is?

A human rep reached out to resolve the issue, but they can't figure out how to turn off the AI responder during our email conversation. Every time I answer her, I get back an instant deranged reply with a new hallucination in it, followed a little while later by an apologetic human.
I bought a gift from a company that's using AI customer service. It hallucinated delivery dates: telling me dates in the past, then far in the future, then next week. Even worse... 🧵

Look, LLMs are a powerful tool. I don't hate AI, in fact I think it's a promising area. But product quality has to get better
