The NBA making the Nets pay the Knicks $4.8 million for violating the Knicks' territorial rights on Long Island when they entered the NBA was pretty harsh. The Nets then having to pay the Knicks ANOTHER $4 million to move from Uniondale, NY to New Jersey was downright dirty.

What's an appropriate turnaround time for an employer to reimburse an employee for $2,738 they had to pay out of pocket on their credit card for a necessary office expense that exceeds the limit on their company card and the employer cannot be relied upon to pay on time before a subscription lapses?
