Givet att Italiens ekonomi har gått knackigt (låg tillväxttakt och i stort slarvat bort EUs återhämtningsfond) så undrar jag om beundran av Meloni från näringslivstoppar är mer av ideologisk natur.
Have been thinking about this and it think it’s mainly just business lobby being careful about perceptions. But it might also be a good thing if rejoin is seen as driven by genuine wishes to come back and not only something that needs to happen because the economy is broken.
