In conclusion, Girl 101 is difficult, confusing, and complicated. Mad props to the trans women taking this on. Hopefully I’m not alone in being as confused by this as I was by trigonometry.
Things I learned today: 1. There’s really something called “Irish curls” and it’s not just a TikTok thing 2. Apparently there’s also something with the repellent name of “hair plopping” 3. My hair is both fine and dense. 4. Even stylists don’t believe I was white-blonde as a small child.
