One of the things I find missing from a lot of the advocacy I see stateside (not just locally), is explicitly stated goals like this. Let's get to 50% by 2035 here in Rochester, and the US as whole. Advocacy groups should clearly announce this, or something similar, as a goal.
It’s also very dispiriting, for people who cared about this stuff before last week, to see a guy selected as the chosen one literally because of how he looks and how he codes as a manly man, with quite literally zero credentials.
