Looks like the FCC is allowed to assign fines in an administrative court after all.. At least today, according to the Supreme Court. Verizon and AT&T will not be able to claw back their $100M fines for selling location data without user's consent. thehill.com/regulation/c... @karlbode.com
Not just price competition, but also technology. US car manufactures only want to make expensive trucks because they can cut corners and make a ton of profit. That plan only works if trucks are the only thing on the lot -- not smaller sedans and coups. Doubly so, if we are in an oil crisis.
