Looks like the FCC is allowed to assign fines in an administrative court after all.. At least today, according to the Supreme Court. Verizon and AT&T will not be able to claw back their $100M fines for selling location data without user's consent. thehill.com/regulation/c... @karlbode.com

I'm excited and frankly, kinda scared that I've had to do OpSec 101 sessions for a few groups of friends recently. Know who you are talking to. Know how you are communicating with them (know the medium). Know your message, and that it is received. Know when to distrust, and when its ok.
