Fascinating evening lecture yesterday by Stephen Menzie from Cornell Labs on the development of the Merlin App. The Merlin App has significantly influenced birdwatching among the general public worldwide, and it was amazing to hear insights directly from one of the team

This weekend is the Big Bucks Bird Weekend.
The idea is for everyone to get out and about, or watch their gardens and record all sightings into www.goingbirding.co.uk/bucks/submit...
So please do get birding and let's see what we can do.
Looking forward to a bumper weekend of birds !
