While I’m sure Russia is cheering the U.S. defeat in negotiations, there is no country with more to lose from this precedent than Russia
The only reason that we view heat as a necessity and air conditioning as a luxury is that air conditioning is 120 years old and heat is older than our species. I understand the temptation, but it's wrong. AC is cheaper and less energy-intensive.
