I need some sounding board feedback from #bikchi. What do you think about the idea of a bike/ped only bridge across the river at Sunnyside? Good idea or bad idea? Good use of resources, or bad use of resources?
I love 2/3 flats as much as the next person, but long term sustainability of building maintenance is a lot easier with more units. Our building boiler went out last summer and it cost 45,000. 12 units sharing that cost amounts to $3,750 each - was fairly doable. Much more difficult for 2-3 owners.
