My one weird sports hill that I will die on is that teams named for cities should have 90% of their players to have graduated from the city public school system. I know it's unpractical but it feels like it should be a thing.
I love 2/3 flats as much as the next person, but long term sustainability of building maintenance is a lot easier with more units. Our building boiler went out last summer and it cost 45,000. 12 units sharing that cost amounts to $3,750 each - was fairly doable. Much more difficult for 2-3 owners.
