Well, I'm happy to learn that Trump hasn't broken everything. I renewed my passport just over a week ago and got it in the mail today! The regular process (not rushed) and fully online (I took the photo with my phone).
The Radicalism of the American Revolution was the first book I read in graduate school. It made me so mad I considered dropping out, mostly because of the way he downplayed the contradiction of slavery. I've come to appreciate Wood's scholarship over time, even as I continued to disagree.
