The newly published EHRC Code of Practice leaves trans people in the UK today with less rights than they had prior to last year’s Supreme Court ruling. Read our full statement here: transactual.org.uk/blog/2026/05...
This section by the awesome @ludovicparsons.bsky.social in QAF sums up in a nutshell the nature of the entire campaign against trans people by the rightwing media establishment. These “journalists” are also the ones claiming that - somehow - trans people are silencing transphobes.
I designed the graphics for this important story by @mccoolingtons.bsky.social and @ludovicparsons.bsky.social. Take care when reading, topic is upsetting.

if they can't manage an early start and long day without frequently getting pissed at work they'd be fired from a 'normal job'
Wes Streeting says in this piece the 'honest truth' is he and Labour don't know what's behind rising demand for mental-health services. embarrassing for anyone to admit in a national paper that they can't join those dots, but especially so when you are literally the health secretary.

Why is this report not all over UK media? Because UK media has been not just complicit but an active participant in creating the conditions for trans people where suicide seems the only way.

Those who backed Iranian women’s protests against compulsory hijab are silent as those same women are killed.

Using FOIs, open-source data, coroner reports, interviews with bereaved families and a whistleblower, we’ve spent months building a picture of trans deaths in the UK What we found with @goodlawproject.org is devastating 👇 www.wearequeeraf.com/trans-people...

Being an MP involves having to be around in the evening to do nothing more than traipse through a room at random intervals. They've often been working since early that morning (ministers especially). The evenings aren't comparable to normal work because it's not comparable to a normal job.
