And my apologies to the "moderates" who would want everyone to know that they still remain deeply conservative, but they just care about their community and what these goons are doing to it.
I recently saw this in a different context, but I'll drop it here: the progressiveness of a small tax is only one part of the equation. The progressivness of the big spending which is made affordable by the small tax is the other part. No tax and no spending is likely the most regressive of all.
