Starmer's jibe about Corbyn leaving the Labour party "politically, financially and morally bankrupt" is particularly despicable. Corbyn was a terrible leader, but I'd have his principles over Starmer's utter moral vacuum any day.
"Something just brushed past my leg!"
Did Starmer really talk about "the country I love?" He's really trotting out all the resignation greatest hits: first Liz Truss, now Theresa May! You can certainly rely on him to fail to have a single original idea, right to the end!
"Look on the bright side Keir: at least you won't be resigning in the rain."

I've heard interesting speculation that Burnham may offer Starmer the Foreign Office, since Starmer has his relationships and Burnham isn't interested in global affairs. A canny move but Starmer is far too thin skinned. Enjoy Chequers Keir, it's prob your last visit😎

It seems absurd to wait until September, given Starmer is a lame duck, but he's determined to attend the European summit in July. He should make big commitments to the EU and dare Burnham to overturn them. But Starmer won't because he was always spineless.

"I'm a fighter not a quitter!" insists Liz Starmer. Has anyone put out a lettuce? This is all feeling terribly familiar!

Hilarious. How long did Trump's terrible deal last? 24 hours?🤣

Strange, no riots after Muslims were brutally attacked by a white man?! Where's Tommy Tinker? Where's Nigel Farage? Where's the anger about violence on our streets?!

The attacks in Edinburgh, in which an armed bare-chested white man terrorised Muslims, leaving five people injured, don't feature on a single newspaper front page this morning.
