Most communities built past 70 yrs over 1/4 pop who do not drive are restricted to have a person with car to drive them to get an ice-cream, go to school, park, library, shop, public transit, etc. #PROXIMITY. Regardless of name, it's everyone with access to daily needs. Freedom, all ages & abilities
