My output inspired by what I believe the vision & values of my work in creating a #GoodFoodNation to 'build a long table not a higher wall'
A table with people connecting and eating around it together. A space of equity.

Loving the creativity theme of this years conference.
Encouraging us all to pause, reflect & challenge ourselves.
In this paper, I draw on drip heory to challenge normative understandings of youth, disability, and the lifecourse through the conceptual lens of chronicity, drawing on flexible research with young people living with an ileostomy or colostomy, in the UK.
Thank you to everyone who supported the research and with this paper. It’s great to see it out in the world 🌍
My first empirical paper, “Beyond normativity: negotiating chronicity as young people with an ostomy”, has been published in Social & Cultural Geography 🎉

A wonderful launch of @thelrm.bsky.social’s book, Feminist Art of Walking 🌙💜
An evening of reflection, solidarity & everyday activism - a reminder that walking is art, resistance, and care all at the same time.
Feeling inspired to slow down & ‘amble’ 🌃🚶🏻♀️
