But SO many people making major assumptions that the cockpit was staffed by two men! Women & non binary ppl can be pilots & first officers too & deserve to be visibled and recognised in this space. Unconscious bias training needed for many on that flight +/ this brilliant video

This also feels true for effective policy work - whilst those cycles are not enforced by nature - this work ultimately runs in cycles (be that election cycles, bill processes, national-> local implementation)
It was brilliant to spend the day at The Free Company (based just outside Edinburgh) on Tuesday and learn more about their farm to table model, "guided by regenerative methods, our focus is on building soil health, boosting biodiversity, and giving back more than we take."
Really interesting to learn more about Polish Milk Bars from the oldest existing milk bar- which was established in 1954!

But shout out to the talent & skill of the @ryanairofficial.bsky.social pilot and first officer who avoided diversion that many other flights had to make & who kindly told us after we'd landed she was scared too! Never ever been on a flight where so many folk genuinely clapped!
