This is a really striking paper. It shows that vehicles "Made in Germany" are mostly not made in Germany at all.
Change my view: carbon credits are one of the most vicious technocractic/technological fantaisies about our ability to engineer the ecological "transition", perpetuating old and dirty forms of domination under shiny new market savy clothes. Fascinating research here.
