#basilfacts
I'll go against the grain a bit here, Basil didn't mind it. The ancients were a little weird and touchy and straight up insulting on a few occasions, but he got treats out of the deal so it wasn't so bad. I like to think he enjoyed being just "a familiar" instead of the hero for a bit.
As for Meteion, it didn't effect his view of her in any huge way. It did allow him a sense of kinship with her, as the two resident kemonomimi, and she grew on him like a younger sibling, if anything it made him a little more sympathetic to Hermes and his despair over having to unmake creations.
You all aren't ready for what I'm about to unleash come Artfight
ok something i've been thinking about lately cuz i catch myself doing it and also beloved mutuals.
we've all heard of inventing a guy to get mad at of course. but i think sometimes we creatives fall prey to inventing a guy who's gonna hate/criticize our work before that work exists.
