I don’t know, you guys. The Platner thing might just be the thing that pushes me over the edge. I might need a break. I am so disappointed in the citizens. We keep harming ourselves and the entire world for no legitimate or justified reason and how am I supposed to feel about that? Another day?
At least consider voting for Platner in November. At least consider that he is better in a binary than Collins. It is a betrayal to everyone who will be harmed by Collins and Republicans if we help her win re-election by not voting.
Nobody *likes* the lesser of two evils. That’s why even proponents (like me) of choosing the lesser evil in a binary choice still use the word evil… it’s an honest and realistic take if there ever was one and yet people act like it’s immoral when it’s not.

I’m just going to cry myself to sleep. And if this causes republicans to win the senate I have no idea how I will be able to handle it. Why won’t anyone listen to sense anymore? Nobody listens to me about the lesser evil. We will probably lose as a result. Nobody listens to anything.
