you ever think about how weird vikings are? like culturally? like we all more or less know what a "viking" looks like with the horns and the beards but in terms of real history I'm not sure people could name more than 2 max? (Lief Erikson & maybe Erik the Red?)
I'm gonna have these badge ribbons at my booth at @anthrocon!
I am also thinking about making a handful of these bumper stickers
Ever since I started selling cryptid merch, the Pennsylvanians at Anthrocon have cried out "WHERE IS THE SQUONK" and this year I'm listening. I've listened. Now you have to deal with the consequences, Pittsburgh.
Taking commissions for July, please RT! 🧡

I don't want to improve professionally and participate in a competitive job market I just want to do fiber arts and research niche topics.
We're one of the most educated countries on earth. Talking down to us about this is certainly a choice.
Also, given that knowledge of how AI works correlates with AI skepticism, I doubt a true 'education' program would have the effect they're looking for.

053 - Copycat
Having Copycat - a character connected to Six Pack if not technically a member - painted by Brereton makes it even more inexplicable that he didn't do Hammer.

054 - Colossus
Unlike Feral, Colossus - who threw in w/the Acolytes since the last set of cards - rightly gets listed as a Super-Villain.
I like too that he leads off that section. Not sure why he's fighting Doc Ock though.

Today we have @parismarx.com in our pages, arguing that ordinary Canadians are right to be concerned about AI, but
"the government is positioning... the public’s skepticism as the product of a knowledge gap." thetyee.ca/Opinion/2026...
The public is right to be concerned about AI. But Carney and his ministers have framed our reluctance as ignorance.
