yeah yeah AI is bad for so many reasons but the biggest reason for me is that it's flooded the internet with fake animal videos to the point where people just assume REAL weird animal videos are AI (this one is not AI, Jacana males just DO this with their babies, can you believe it???)
I do best with traditional media when I can lean into “this looks messy but on purpose” so fingers crossed I can make that work
(okay fine, it's not the BIGGEST reason why I hate AI but it IS my biggest pet peeve)
There's so many weird and wonderful and bizarre things in this world, you don't need to make AI videos of animals doing weird things. Animals already do weird things!!!!
