In USA Today, Trump said we don't have to wish him a happy birthday.
So that's a time-saver.
This bill is legitimately the thing we've been waiting for.
Forcing AI to reveal it's sources would cripple it, because it literally can't comply with the law, because all of it is stolen- they didn't record it

Black Forest Labs (like Stability AI) likely took a bunch of work off the internet in order to train their AI. A bill in California would force transparency in their dataset.

"No group chats" is becoming the new "No DMs."

(I have other apps if I want to group chat; I like public discussions, because we can keep it civil.)
I'm not always good with re-names, but "Conversion practices" takes out the illusion of therapy.

1/ This company’s models were trained on web scraped datasets (like LAION) and their founders are ex-Stability AI employees who engage in the same thieving practices that led artists like myself to sue Stability.
GenAi companies NEED big names to sanitize their exploitation and crippling PR.
The United Bowl is pretty close right now. This was partly the USFL, that distanced itself from Trump, moved back to the Spring, distanced itself from Trump, and tried some new rules.
It's hope for all of us.
To my NON-LAWYER friends: what would you do, aside from hire a lawyer? (I would have sent a defensible good-faith effort to get the court what the court was asking for, and that wouldn't be nothing, but would have an itemized cover letter/inventory showing how I was meeting the court order.)
If you're standing by Platner, you're understanding why some people stand by Trump. Kind of. For a while.
In both cases, the system failed, but you know why people didn't give up.
There are two solutions:
1. Inclusive restrooms. This takes time for new signage, better doors, etc., so start any time you have a choice in that. (Not usually the call of someone reading this, but you never know.)
2. Let people know the plumbing situation when you say "inclusive." That's easy.
Looks like Trump might be getting "a ruling against his decision" for his birthday.
I don't have a specific case in mind here; it's just given his track record and a broad enough definition of "birthday", I like my odds.
The Defense Department is reducing the number of religions it recognizes.
Even though mine is one of the still-approved, I find this horrifying.
