Still kind of amazing to me that the brazenness of Trump's pardon selling is buried under all of his other corruption and incompetence.
Appropriations levels are law and Trump is violating the constitution by not taking care that they be faithfully executed and he has been since the day he began executing the powers of the presidency in 2025.
