We propose another way break down the problem of understanding natural scene processing. Instead of breaking down the natural stimulus into simpler pieces, breaking it down in different natural visual tasks.

If it is possible to appeal, I think the arxiv policy is ok and balanced given the issue of paper mills etc. But yes, a crowd that is absolutely convinced to fight for the "right cause" can do all sorts of dangerous things...
