Earth’s energy imbalance has more than DOUBLED in 20 years. Earth’s boiling on the stove. The lid’s on the pan. And ‘leaders’ are still cranking the heat higher & higher & higher with $7,000,000,000,000 in yearly fossil fuel subsidies.
Without fungi we will all die. Yet 90% of fungi biodiversity hotspots are unprotected & threatened with destruction. Once again we see there are no sane arguments for continuing with this system that can only be sustained by killing everything on the planet, including us.

Plant-based meats have been viewed at times as ultraprocessed and possibly unhealthy. But some experts believe they deserve a second look.
