This has always been clear: plant-based meat alternatives are better for the planet and, at least compared to red meat, better for your health. That this is not widely accepted is the product of meat industry disinfo, science illiteracy, and some very stupid journalists.

1970 onward: the industry makes $3,000,000,000 in profits EVERY DAY.
2022: world governments gift the same industry $7,000,000,000,000 in subsidies.
The people you think are in charge are not really in charge.
Without fungi we will all die.
Yet 90% of fungi biodiversity hotspots are unprotected & threatened with destruction.
Once again we see there are no sane arguments for continuing with this system that can only be sustained by killing everything on the planet, including us.
