This is important, especially if like me you live in a constituency that has one of the highest over 65 year old populations in England. It's not just the impact on staffing the homes, it's the impact on the local economy at risk as well. These workers contribute to the local economy

I'd just add that key issue with care workers now is not visas, but Mahmood's "earned settlement" proposals whose main impact will be to expel care workers and their families who have been here for several years. Both Streeting and Burnham should make their positions on this clear.
