but *doesn't really offer anything to prevent or block the investigatory *persecution that the DOJ is *currently conducting
this morning's forum-shopping decision was pretty expressly cabined to the appropriate venue for prosecuting a particular crime
and all the bs DOJ is doing is doing with Rhode Island Hospital in Texas rn is pursuant to an administrative subpoena -- no prosecution, no crime (for now)
