1. Remember that any attempt to paint Long Covid as psychogenic in nature deliberately and completely incorrectly biologically decouples SARS-CoV-2 infection from Long Covid. In essence, this rhetoric shifts the causative factor for LC from the virus to the patient's mind.
I generally don’t mention ME, the disease that disabled the fuck out of me & has turned every day into an extreme feat of survival, to most doctors I see. They were taught to not believe in it or that it could be as severe as it is, so telling the truth makes them think you’re a liar.
